This End User Licence Agreement is between you and Clear Step Digital Ltd. It applies to every application we publish on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or as a web app, in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Licence
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Clear Step Digital Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notice.
- Use the app to build a competing product.
- Use the app in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. In-app purchases & subscriptions
Some apps offer paid features or subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple or Google and governed by their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your App Store or Play Store account at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Apple-specific terms
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Clear Step Digital Ltd only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.
The app must be used in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
5. Google Play terms
Where the app is distributed via Google Play, your use is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
6. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Step Digital Ltd's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
