These terms govern your use of websites and apps published by Clear Step Digital Ltd ("Clear Step Digital", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide a range of web and mobile applications. Some are free, some are paid. The specific features and limits of each app are described on its product page or in its App Store listing.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or another person's rights.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission.
- Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into our apps. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only to provide the service to you.
6. Intellectual property
The software, branding, and design of our apps remain the property of Clear Step Digital Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them.
7. Warranties & liability
We provide our services "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for serious or repeated breach of these terms or where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible.
